Before You Book

Please review our COVID-19 Information Page for policies and details that currently effect our tours.
Please verify the tour you are interested in is available to book. This is indicated by a color coded booking and departure status on the calendar and beside tour dates on each tour page. For additional info see Tour Booking & Departure Status.
Please review our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions prior to booking your trip.
To place your reservation, please use the Book It button on each tour page, located in the Trip Details section.

Tour Booking & Departure Status

A booking status is listed beside each departure date on a tour page. This indicates whether reservations are currently being accepted for that date.

Booking Not Yet Open = Indicates the tour is not yet accepting reservations. Tours will open to book 3-4 weeks prior to departure date.

Open to Book = Indicates you are now able to make reservations for this trip
Confirmed = Indicates minimum participation has been met and you are able to make reservations for this trip

Sold Out = Indicates maximum participation has been reached and tour is full.

Cancelled = Indicates the tour tour has been cancelled.

Payment Hotline

Booking requests don’t guarantee a spot on the tour and are not finalized until full payment has been received. For your convenience, RTT has a dedicated payment hotline available for you to call in and quickly provide your credit card information.
