Itinerary
Day 1
Scenic drive across France. Upon arrival in Paris, check into our comfortable hotel and enjoy some time to rest and to to freshen up at the hotel. Then we're off to the “Grand Boulevards”, one of the most attractive and most busy districts of Paris. You may visit the Hard Rock Cafe and enjoy dinner at one of the numerous restaurants.
Day 2
After breakfast, we’re off to grand city sightseeing. Drive along the Seine River, see the Isle de la Cité and Notre Dame Cathedral, pass by the Orsay and view the Eiffel Tower from Trogadero square. Stop at the Arc de Triomphe, time to stroll along the Avenue des Champs Elysées. We head to the Opera House and the Galerie Lafayette. Time permitting, visit of the Fragonard perfume outlet and museum. Then, return to hotel, relax and get ready for the feast. New Year's Eve will start with a cruise on the Seine River (€19) along the illuminated monuments of Paris, followed by New Year’s Eve Dinner at a quaint restaurant, located in the heart of the city. Taste some great French Cuisine, a 4-course meal that will last until midnight (€ 99). Ring in the year 2024 and celebrate a New Year's Eve you will never forget. Bonne Année!
Day 3
Happy New Year! - after a late breakfast and check out, visit of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish, take the elevator or the stairs up the tower (€ 20 we recommend buying tickets online for 11:00 am). Time for last-minute shopping, lunch, then say ”Au revoir Paris” as we depart. Evening return to Ramstein.

Horizon Tours now offers a cancellation policy to our clients for a small additional fee. .This policy extends our current policy that allows military members to cancel their tour at no cost if the member is required to perform military duty on the date(s) of the tour. The new policy covers the client (you) in the event you are unable to participate in the tour after you have made payment for any of the following stated conditions:
1. Death of the client (or client’s spouse, child, or parent within 4 weeks of the date of the scheduled tour).
2. Illness of the client (or the client’s spouse, child, or parents) that prevents the client from participating in the tour and requires the client to care for their spouse, child, or parent. (Certification from a medical doctor is required). 3. Required military duty of the client’s spouse or parent if the client is traveling with the military member. This condition expands on our current policy that allows a refund if the client is a military member and is required to perform military duty during the date(s) of the scheduled tour. In this case, the military member’s spouse and /or children would be permitted to cancel the tour and be entitled to a full refund (less cancellation policy fee) if they did not wish to take the tour without their spouse/parent.
In the event you cancel a tour for any of the above stated conditions, Horizon Tours will refund the full amount of your tour price (less the cancellation policy fee). The cancellation fee listed in our pamphlet is per person.

Travelers must be in possession of a Blue US Tourist Passport. Nationalities traveling with a non US Tourist Passport must check with the respective consulates and ensure they have the appropriate travel documents required to enter all countries the tour visits and travels through.
